 REAR SETBACK = 15 FEET OR 10% OF LOT DEPTH, WHICHEVER
 IS LESS
 FRONT SETBACK = 25 FOOT MINIMUM.
  
 NOTE:THE 30TH STREET FRONTAGE IS CONSIDERED THE FRONT
 OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 SURVEY SHALL SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM SETBACK
