 MINIMUM CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE
 PLAN; FOUNDATION PLAN; FLOOR/LAYOUT;AND ALL EXTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS WITH THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO EACH UNIT IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC. 11-4.3.
  
 3)106.1.1W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR
 OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES.
 SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE
 TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS RQUIVALENT BE USED
 AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC

 4)IF THE NEW 4" CONCRETE SLAB IS CONSTRUCTED AT EACH
 DOOR HOW DOES EACH ENTRANCE COMPLY WITH THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE? SHOW COMPLIANCE. SEE 2004 FBC. FIG
 11 AND 12 OF CH. 11.SHEET 1 SHOWS THE ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE TO SUITE 'A' ONLY WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SUITES?
 ALSO FBC. 11-4.8.1 ANY PARTOF AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE WITH
 A SLOPE GREATER THAN 1:20 SHALL BE CONSIDERED A RAME
 AND SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 11-4.8.
  
 5)WHEN RESUBMITING, HAVE THE FRONT COUNTER STAFF
 ADJUST THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT AND PAY THE ADDITIOINAL
 FEES ACCORDINGLY. FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE WPB.

 6)SEE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IN THE PACKAGE AND FOLLOW THOSE
 GUIDELINES.
  
 7)FBC. 1210.2 WALLS WITHIN 2 FEET OF WATER CLOSETS
 SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, AND NONABLORBENT SURFACE, TO
 A HEIGHT OF 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND EXCEPT FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN SUCH WALLS
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY
 MOISTURE.
  
 8)ALL THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED SHALL BE
 APPROVED IN WRITING "(NO PHOTO-COPIES ALLOWED)" BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL.THE ONES
 SUBMITTED ARE PHOTOCOPIES. WPB.AMENDMENTS 106.3.3.
  
 9)ALL PAGES SUBMITTED SHALL BE SIGNED, DATED AND SEAL
 BY THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE. SEE
 F.A.C. 61G15-23.002 AND 61G1-16.004 / 471.025. FOR MORE
 INFORMATION. THE MECHINICAL SHEETS (M-1) HAS A
 CORPORATE SEAL. THIS SEAL HAS NO BEARING ON THE
