 1) THE LETTER BY ROBERT BELL, DATED DECEMBER 27, 2007,
 STATES THAT THE VALUE OF THE RENOVATION TOTALS
 $230,000.THE APPRAISAL INCLUDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL
 PACKAGE GIVES A VALUE OF THE ENTIRE SITE (LAND AND
 STRUCTURE).THE LANDSCAPE CODE SPECIFICALLY STATES
 THAT A SITE IS EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE
 IF THE RENOVATION DOES NOT EXCEED 50% OF THE VALUE OF
 THE STRUCTURE.IF NO EVIDENCE IS PROVIDED THAT THE
 VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE EXCEEDS $460,000, THE SITE SHALL
 BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE CODE
 (SECTION 94-441).
  
 2) THE LANDSCAPE COMPLIANCE LISTED IN COMMENT #1
 REQUIRES A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED BY A REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 3) WHAT WILL BE PLANTED IN THE PLANTERS?PROVIDE AN
 IRRIGATION PLAN FOR THE PLANTERS.
  
 4) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ALLOW A
 MAXIMUM OF 85% IMPERVIOUS SURFACE.THE EXISTING SITE
 IS CURRENTLY NONCONFORMING AS IT HAS 90.56% IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE (8,060 SQ. FT.).THE IMPERVIOUS SURFACE ON THE
 SITE MAY NOT EXCEED THIS AMOUNT.THE PROPOSED PLANS
 SHOW AN INCREASE IN IMPERVIOUS SURFACE.THIS IS NOT
 PERMITTED AND SHALL BE CORRECTED.IT MAY REQUIRE
 REMOVING IMPERVIOUS SURFACE IN ANOTHER AREA TO MAKE UP
 THE DIFFERENCE.
  
 5) THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHOWN ON THE PLAN
 DOES NOT MEET THE CODE REQUIREMENTS.A SET OF PLANS,
 STAMPED APPROVED BY THE CITY'S ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT, SHOWING THE DUMPSTER AND ENCLOSURE SIZE AND
 LOCATION IS REQUIRED.THE SCREEN WALL FOR THE DUMPSTER
 MAY NOT BE CHAIN LINK W/SLATS.THE SPECIFICATIONS OF
 THE SCREEN HEDGE ARE REQUIRED (SPECIES, HEIGHT,
 LOCATION AND PLANTING) ON A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED
 FOLLOWING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 94-448(D)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.AN IRRIGATION
 PLAN IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) NO ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO ALL OF THE BAYS IS SHOWN.
