 3) EXISTING AND PROPOSED IMPERVIOUS SURFACE
 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.THE PROPOSED PLANS APPEAR
 TO SHOW AN INCREASE IN IMPERVIOUS MATERIAL.
  
 4) NO DUMPSTER DETAIL PROVIDED.THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 SHOWN ON THE PLAN DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) NO ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO ALL OF THE BAYS IS SHOWN.
  
 6) THE PARKING SPACES ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE SITE
 ENCROACH INTO THE CURB CUT ON BOTH DIXIE AND MONCEAUX
 AND THUS PRESENT AN UNSAFE SITUATION.THE CURB CUTS
 SHALL BE CLOSED WHERE CONFLICTS EXIST OR THE PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE ELIMINATED.
