 SECOND FLOOR LIVING SPACE TO EXISTING DETACHED GARAGE
  
 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE SPIRAL STAIR WILL BE REQUIRED
 TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 3) ROOF SECTIONS 3, 10 AND 11 ON S2 INCORRECTLY SPECIFY
 THE RAFTERS AS FLOOR JOISTS. PLEASE CORRECT. SEE
 COMMENT #14 FROM LAST REVIEW.
  
 4) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE SIMPSON CONNECTORS
 SUBMITTED ARE NOT APPLICABLE. THERE ARE NO SIMPSON
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. SEE COMMENT # 17
 FROM LAST REVIEW. PLEASE REMOVE THESE FROM THE
 SUBMITTALS.
  
 5) THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR THE SEALOFLEX
 WATERPROOFING SYSTEM IS INCORRECT. THE RESULTS OF THE
 CALCULATIONS HAVE THE FASTENERS ARE SPACED FARTHER
 APART THAN SPECIFIED IN THE NOA FOR THE DESIGN
 PRESSURE. THE SPACING SHOULD BE CLOSER FOR ENHANCED
 FASTENING. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) SUBMIT THE OLD PLAN SHEETS WITH THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE STAMP OR HAVE THE NEW ONES STAMPED BY THE COUNTY.
  
 7) HAVE THE NEW PLANS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY
 OF WPB HISTORIC PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
