 MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A

 2) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 401.3 DRAINAGE. THE DRAINAGE
 PLAN ON SP-1 DOES NOT INDICATE THE DIRECTION OF SURFACE
 WATER FLOW TO A STORM SEWER OR AN APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION. THE SURFACE WATER CAN NOT BE DIVERTED ONTO
 THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES. INDICATE HOW IT WILL BE KEPT
 ON THE LOT AND ROUTED TO THE COLLECTION POINT.
  
 3) THE WALL LEGEND ON A1 INCORRECTLY SPECIFIES 16"
 RATHER THAN 6" THICK R-19 INSULATION FOR WALLS C, D AND
 E. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ICYENE INSULATION.
  
 5)THE SPIRAL STAIR DETAIL ON A5 DOES NOT INDICATE THE
 REQUIRED MINIMUM 26" WIDTH AND THE 7-1/2 " MINIMUM
 TREAD DEPTH AT 12" FROM THE NARROWER EDGE. SEE FBC
 R311.5.8.1. SHOP DRAWINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 6) THE NOTES ON A1 AND A4 AND SECTION 01 ON S1 DO NOT
 COMPLY WITH SECTION 704 OF THE FBC. A 4" INSPECTION
 SPACE IS REQUIRED ABOVE PATIO AND GARAGE SLABS AND
 ENTRY AREAS PER EXCEPTION (3) . EXCEPTION (4) ALLOWS
 TERMITE TREATED PATIO SLABS TO MATCH THE INTERIOR
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION ON MASONRY CONSTRUCTION ONLY.
 EXCEPTION (4) CAN NOT BE USED BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE IS
 WOOD FRAME. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 7) THE FOOTING SCHEDULE ON S1 IS INCORRECT FOR MARK
 (A). THE MONOLITHIC FOOTING IS REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM
 OF 18" THICK. FBC 704 REQUIRES A 6" CLEARANCE FOR
 TERMITE INSPECTION AND FBC R403.1.4 REQUIRES EXTERIOR
 FOOTERS TO BE 12" BELOW GRADE. ALSO SEE R404.1.6.
  
 8) SECTIONS 03 AND 10 ON S2 CONTAIN CONFLICTING
 INFORMATION. THE ATTACHMENT OF THE LEDGER TO THE WOOD
 FRAME WALLS IS SPECIFIED WITH TAPCONS ON ONE AND POWER
 ACTUATED FASTENERS ON THE OTHER. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9) PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS OR TECHNICAL BULLETION FROM
 THE MANUFACTURER INDICATING THAT THE LSSH HANGERS CAN
 BE USED UPSIDE DOWN AND SPECIFY THE DESIGN UPLIFT
 PRESSURE. SEE SECTION 03 AND 10 ON S2.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE CONNECTOR USED TO ATTACH THE PARAPET
 WALL TO THE RAFTERS AND WALL BELOW ON S2. SEE RED MARKS
 ON PLANS.
  
 11)SPECIFY THE WALL TO BEAM CONNECTORS ON SECTIONS 5
 AND 6 ON S2.
  
 12) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS OF THE TDX2 HOLD DOWNS
 SPECIFIED IN SECTION 12 ON S2.
  
 13) SPECIFY THE SECOND FLOOR WALL TO FIRST FLOOR WALL
 CONNECTOR IN SECTION 1 ON S2.
  
 14) SECTIONS 3, 10, 11 AND 12 ON S2 INCORRECTLY SPECIFY
 THE ROOF RAFTERS AS FLOOR JOISTS PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 15) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE USP TDX2 AND LSSH
 CONNECTORS HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.
  
 16) ALL OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC
 106.3*. SEE USP PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 17) PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR SIMPSON CONNECTORS SUBMITTED
 ARE NOT APPLICABLE. THERE WERE NO SIMPSON CONNETORS
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS.
  
 18) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE SEALOFLEX
 WATERPROOFING SYSTEM REQUIRES SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS FROM AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER FOR ENHANCED
 FASTENING. THE LETTER SUBMITTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 19)THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE TAMKO MODIFIED ROOF
 SYSTEM REQUIRES SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 FROM AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER FOR ENHANCED FASTENING.
 THE LETTER SUBMITTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 20) THE UPLIFT PRESSURES ON S3 OF THE PLANS, THE
 ENGINEERS CALCULATION REPORT AND THE ROOF ENHANCED
 FASTENING LETTER HAVE DIFFERENT UPLIFTS. PLEASE
 REVIEW.
  
 21) THE ROOF VERTICAL WINDLOADS (UPLIFT PRESSURES) IN
 THE ENGINEER'S REPORT APPEAR TO BE TOO LOW FOR 150 MPH
 EXPOSURE C. PLEASE REVIEW. THE WINDLOAD CALCULATIONS
 REFERENCE ASCE7-98. THE EDITION OF ASCE7 REFERENCED IN
 THE 2004 FBC IS ASCE7-02. PLEASE REVISE THE WINDLOAD
 CALCULATION REPORT.
  
 22) SUBMIT OLD PLAN SHEETS WITH IMPACT FEE STAMP OR
 HAVE NEW ONES STAMPED BY THE COUNTY.
