 NOW STAIRS SHOW 19 RISERS WITH 7 3/4" RISERS AND 10"
 TREADS. THIS STAIR RISER/TREAD RATION DOESN'T COMPLY
 WITH SEC. R311.5.3.2 OF 2004 RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THIS CODE SECTION.
  
 OLD COMMENT:
 2- ENGINEER TO REVISE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS. (REPEAT
 COMMENT). FASTENERS CAN'T BE SPACED LESS THAN 4"O.C..
 SEE SEC. 8.1 OF RAS 117. 2 ROWS IN THE LAP WILL HAVE
 THE FASTENERS SPACED AT LESS THAN 4" O.C..
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING HOW THE 2 ROWS AT LAP AND
 THE 3 ROWS IN THE CENTER OF THE SHEET WILL SATISFY THE
 NAIL ENHANCEMENT CALCULATIONS TO RESIST THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
