 1- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT (2 COPIES) AFTER HOUSE AND
 POOL ARE REMOVED. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW SOIL
 TEST REPORT TO VERIFY IF SOILS WILL MEET HIS DESIGN
 CRITERIA PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 2- IF BBQ GRILL IS NOT GOING TO BE INSTALLED, THEN,
 REVISE ORIGINAL DRAWINGS.
  
 3- PROVIDE CLEAR DETAILS AND SPECS FOR STAIRS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH WINDERS DIMENSIONS OF SEC. R311.5.3.2
 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE AND LIVE LOADS AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5. (REPEAT COMMENT). PROVIDE
 DETAILS WITHWRITTEN DIMENSIONS. ALSO,FLOOR PLANS
 SHOW 17 RISERS, WHILE STAIR SECTIONCALLS FOR 18
 RISERS.REVISE AS REQUIRED,ALSO, STAIRS ON 2ND FLOOR
 PLAN ARE SHOWN AS DOTTED LINES INSTEAD OF SOLID LINES.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 REVISE SPECIFICATIONS FOR RAILING PICKETS AND MINIMUM
 TREAD SIZES SHOWN ON TYPICAL STAIR DETAIL ON SHEET D-1.
 SEE COMMENTS ON REVIEWED SET.EG: SPECS FOR PICKET
 SPACING SAYS THAT 4" SPHERE MAY PASS THRU INSTEAD OF
 MAY NOT PASS THRU.AND, SPECS FOR MINIMUM TREAD SIZE
 ARE NOT CLEAR. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- SURVEY TO HAVE ORIGINAL SIGNATURE, NOT COPY AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G17-7.0025 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE.
  
 5-ENGINEER TO REVISE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS.
 FASTENERS CAN'T BE SPACED LESS THAN 4". O.C..SEE SEC.
 8.1 OF RAS 117 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6-ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) REVISE CEILING INSULATION R-VALUE TO MATCH PLANS.
 NEED R-30. SEE PLANS.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. ONLY 2
 SHEETS WERE SUBMITTED.
  
 7- ENGINEER NEEDS TO REVISE DESIGN CRITERIA.ACCORDING
 TO SEC. R301.2.1.4(3) THIS BUILDING IS CONSIDERED TO BE
 EXPOSURE "C", NOT "B".REVISEINFORMATION ON SHEET
 S-2 AND WHERE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR OPENINGS ARE
 PROVIDED.
