 1)ON SHEET S2 THE TYPE AND NUMBER OF FASTENERS IS
 REQUIRED IN THE TRUSS CONNECTOR SCHEDULE FOR EACH OF
 THE UPLIFT VALUES LISTED.
  
 2)SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R320.1 FOR TERMITE
 PROTECTION.
  
 TERMITE PROTECTION SHALL BE PROVIDED BY REGISTERED
 TERMITICIDES, INCLUDING SOIL APPLIED PESTICIDES,
 BAITING SYSTEMS, AND PESTICIDES APPLIED TO WOOD, OR
 OTHER APPROVED METHODS OF TERMITE PROTECTION LABELED
 FOR USE AS A PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT TO NEW CONSTRUCTION
 (SEE SECTION 202 , REGISTERED TERMITICIDE). UPON
 COMPLETION OF THE APPLICATION OF THE TERMITE PROTECTIVE
 TREATMENT, A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SHALL BE ISSUED
 TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT BY THE LICENSED PEST CONTROL
 COMPANY THAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: ?THE
 BUILDING HAS RECEIVED A COMPLETE TREATMENT FOR THE
 PREVENTION OF SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES. TREATMENT IS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH RULES AND LAWS ESTABLISHED BY THE
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER
 SERVICES.?
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R319.1 WHERE FLOOR JOISTS ARE
 INSTALLED OVER EXISTING SLAB.
 IN AREAS SUBJECT TO DECAY DAMAGE AS ESTABLISHED BY
 TABLE R301.2(1) , THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS SHALL REQUIRE
 THE USE OF AN APPROVED SPECIES AND GRADE OF LUMBER,
 PRESSURE TREATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AWPA C1, C2, C3,
 C4, C9, C15, C18, C22, C23, C24, C28, C31, C33, P1, P2
 AND P3, OR DECAY-RESISTANT HEARTWOOD OF REDWOOD, BLACK
 LOCUST, OR CEDARS
 3.SILLS AND SLEEPERS ON A CONCRETE OR MASONRY
 SLAB THAT IS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GROUND UNLESS
 SEPARATED FROM SUCH SLAB BY AN IMPERVIOUS MOISTURE
 BARRIER.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R506.2.3 VAPOR RETARDER.
 A 6 MIL (0.006 INCH; 152 ?M) POLYETHYLENE OR APPROVED
 VAPOR RETARDER WITH JOINTS LAPPED NOT LESS THAN 6
 INCHES (152 MM) SHALL BE PLACED BETWEEN THE CONCRETE
 FLOOR SLAB AND THE BASE COURSE OR THE PREPARED SUBGRADE
 WHERE NO BASE COURSE EXISTS.
 EXCEPTION: THE VAPOR RETARDER MAY BE OMITTED:
 1.FROM GARAGES, UTILITY BUILDINGS AND OTHER
 UNHEATED ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
 2.FROM DRIVEWAYS, WALKS, PATIOS AND OTHER FLATWORK
 NOT LIKELY TO BE ENCLOSED AND HEATED AT A LATER DATE.
 3.WHERE APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, BASED
 ON LOCAL SITE CONDITIONS.
 NOTE: EXISTING SCREEN PORCH SLAB THAT IS BEING LEFT IN
 PLACE MAY NOT HAVE VAPOR RETARDER.
  
 5) IN THE SECTION THROUGH THE GARAGE SLAB, SECTION 6 ON
 S5,THE SLAB IS SHOWN AT THE SAME ELEVATION AS THE
 EXTERIOR GRADE. THE SLAB IS REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF
 4' ABOVE GRADE. SEE R404.1.6.
  
 6)SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7)SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE LARGE MISSLE
 IMPACT RATED DOUBLE AND SINGLE OUTSWING GLAZED FRENCH
 DOORS WITHOUT SIDELITES. THE ONES THAT WERE SUBMITTED
 ARE FOR DOORS WITH SIDELITES.
  
 8)SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW BAHAMA
 HURRICANE SHUTTERS.
  
 9)SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE METAL ROOF. THE
 NOA SUBMITTED FOR THE SOUTHEASTERN METALS MFG. CO.
 METAL ROOF IS EXPIRED.
  
 10) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOFING THAT WILL
 BE INSTALLED ON THE FLAT DECK.
  
 11) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF TRUSS DRAWINGS THAT HAVE BEEN
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE TRUSS ENGINEER AND HAVE BEEN
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD FOR THE PROJECT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. SEE
 R802.1.6.
