 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.ALL
 DRAWINGS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINUMUM 1/8" SCALE. THE
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED ARE NOT CLEAR AND DO NOT INCLUDE ALL
 THE INFORMATION REQUIRED. INDICATE CLEARLY ON THE
 SURVEY THEAREA OF THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE.
  
 2)SUBMIT THE BEAN SCHEDULES TABLES AND HI-LIGHT OR
 CIRCLE WHICH ITEMS WILL BE USED FROM EACH TABLE.STATE
 THE DESIGN INFORMATION REGARDING WIND ON THE DRAWINGS.
 REMEMBER THE ENGINEER SHALL SIGN/SEAL AND DATE ALL
 INFORMATION BEING FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD.
