 1. BALCONY 1 OF BEDROOM 2 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY
 AND SITE PLAN (REPEAT COMMENT).
 A. FLOOR PLANS SHOW THAT THE BALCONY PROJECTS 2 FEET 9
 INCHES INTO THE FRONT YARD; HOWEVER THE BALCONY IS
 STILL NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN OR SURVEY.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE BUILDING HEIGHT FROM THE GRADE TO THE
 MID-POINT OF THE ROOF (REPEAT COMMENT).
 A. PLEASE NOTE THAT BUILDING HEIGHT MAY NOT EXCEED 30
 FEET FROM GRADE TO THE MID-POINT BETWEEN THE ROOF RIDGE
 AND THE ROOF EVE.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A TABULAR DATA TABLE WITH THE
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED TREES AND SHRUBS (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
 A. PER SECTION 94-442(B)(2)(A), AT LEAST ONE SHADE,
 FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.IN
 ADDITION, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH
 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF
 (REPEAT COMMENT).
 B. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-442(C), PALM TREES
 MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED; HOWEVER, WHEN PALM
 TREES ARE SUBSTITUTED FOR SHADE TREES, TWO PALM TREES
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH REQUIRED SHADE TREE.
  
 4. SURVEY AND SITE PLAN DIMENSIONS SHALL SHOW SAME
 CONDITION.
 A. SOUTH PROPERTY LINE DEPTH DIMENSION AND WEST
 PROPERTY LINE WIDTH DIMENSION SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW
 DIMENSIONS ON SURVEY.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT SETBACK DIMENSIONS ARE MEASURED TO
 THE FURTHEST PROJECTION POINT, TO INCLUDE A VENEER OR
 CLADDING.THIS SHALL APPLY TO ALL BALCONIES.
  
 6. PROPOSED POOL, POOL DECK, AND WALL/FENCE (WITH AN
 APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM), SHALL BE APPROVED
 UNDER SEPARATE PERMITS.THIS SHALL BE NOTED ON THE
 SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN.
