 THE REVISION SUBMITTAL FORM (06100093) IS FOR THE THIRD
 FLOOR TENANT BUILD OUT.
  
 2) SHOW THAT THE DOOR TO THE LOUNGE COMPLIES WITH FBC
 11-4.13.6 FOR REQUIRED MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS.
 A MINIMUM OF 18" IS REQUIRED AT THE LATCH ON THE PULL
 SIDE OF DOORS.
  
 3) THE LOUNGE CABINET DETAILS ON A6.2.1 DO NOT CLEARLY
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 11-4.24. PROVIDE BETTER
 DETAIL.
  
 4) ALL PLAN SHEETS THAT ARE AFFECTED THE CHANGES ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE REVISED. SHEET A5.1 IS MISSING.
