 2.)PLANS ARE TO NOTE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFCATION, FBC

 PLANS PREPARED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL (EXCEPTION TO
 ARCHITECTURE, LESS THAN $25,000).HOWEVER, PLANS
 SUBMITTED MUST STATE WHO IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR
 THE DESIGN AND SHOW CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 5.)ALL COMMENTS RELATE TO BUILDING REVIEW ONLY.
 OTHER TRADES (ENGINEERING, ZONING) MAY HAVE OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS.THE MOST STRINGENT WILL APPLY.PLEASE
