 1) ALL APPLICABLE CONDITIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 3987-06
 SHALL BE SATISFIED, SPECIFICALLY:
  
 A) A TRAFFIC STATEMENT, PREPARED BY A LICENSED TRAFFIC
 ENGINEER, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING & ZONING
 AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPTS. OUTLINING THE NUMBER
 OF DAILY TRIPS, AM TRIPS AND PM TRIPS GENERATED BY THE
 FEDEX GROUND FACILITY.
  
 2) PROVIDE A RECORDED COPY OF THE PLAT.
  
 3) THE BOWYER SINGLETON PLANS AND THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT THE ADA SIDEWALK/ROUTE FROM
 THE EASTERNMOST DISABLED PARKING SPACE SHOWN ON THE
 ARCHITECT'S SITE PLAN FOR THE FEDEX FREIGHT FACILITY.
  
 4) THE CORTLAN MORAN AND LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE
 REVISED TO SHOW ALL OF THE "ISLAND FLUMES" AS DEPICTED
 ON THE BOWYER SINGLETON PLANS.
  
 5) PARKING DETAIL ON BOWYER SINGLETON SHEET 13 OF 29
 SHALL SHOW 2 FEET FROM THE CURB TO THE BACK OF THE
 WHEEL STOP, NOT 2 FEET TO THE MIDDLE OF THE WHEEL
 STOP.
  
 6) A PARKING TABLE IS REQUIRED.THE 1ST REVISION
 RESPONSE STATED THERE IS A PARKING TABLE BUT FAILED TO
 IDENTIFY WHICH PLAN CONTAINED IT.
  
 7) THE PROPERTY LINE SHOWN ON THE CORTLAN MORAN SHEET
 A0.2 AND ON BOWYER SINGLETON SHEET 4 OF 29 IS SHOWN
 INCORRECTLY AT THE CUL-DE-SAC.
  
 8) THE SQUARE FOOTAGE LISTED FOR THE PHASE I BUILDING
 DIFFERS ON CORTLAN MORAN PLANS (97,298) AND BOWYER
 SINGLETON PLANS (97,297).
  
 9) PLEASE RESPOND IN WRITING TO THE COMMENTS ABOVE.
