 AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPTS. OUTLINING THE NUMBER
 OF DAILY TRIPS, AM TRIPS AND PM TRIPS GENERATED BY THE
 FEDEX GROUND FACILITY.
  
 2) THE PLAT IS REQUIRED TO BE RECORDED.
  
 3) BOWYER SINGLETON SITE PLANS (SPECIFICALLY SHEET
 3-29) ARE NOT THE LATEST VERSIONS APPROVED BY ORD. NO.
 3987-06.
  
 4) NO LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED - PLEASE VERIFY THAT
 WHEN SUBMITTED IT REFLECTS THE MINOR AMENDMENT CHANGES
 LISTED IN 1)A)III) ABOVE.
  
 5) PARKING TABLE IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) THE PARKING DETAIL ON CORTLAN MORAN SHEET A0.2 IS
 INCORRETCT.PLEASE USE OR REFERENCE THE DETAIL
