 57. AS DISCUSSED, THE REVIEW OF NEW PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WILL BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME THAT IMPACT FEES ARE
 REVIEWED (CONFIRMATION OF BUILDING SIZE, PAYMENT). A
 REVIEW INVOLVING CODE ISSUES WILL REQUIRE A RESUB FEE.
 AS DISCUSSED, THE ISSUE OF ONE PRODUCT APPROVAL WILL
 NOT DELAY PERMIT ISSUANCE. THE PERMIT WOULD BE ISSUED
 WITH PROVISO THAT THE REQUIRED PRODUCT APPROVALS BE
 SUBMITTED AS A REVISION.
  
 IF CODE COMPLIANT PAPERWORK IS NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF IMPACT FEE REVIEW, THE PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED
 WITH THE PROVISO THAT THIS BE SUBMITTED AS A REVISION
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

 THE FLEMING DOOR (AVAILABLE AT WWW.
 FLORIDABUILDING.ORG) ENTITLED "RECOMMENDED ERECTION
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR STEEL FRAMES" OR THE LETTER REGARDING
 COMPLIANCE TO 2004 EDITION OF FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 (ISSUED BY UL) WAS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. SHOP
 DRAWINGS ARE NOT REQUIRED; IN FACT, SHOULD BE REMOVED
 FROM THE PACKAGE TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE SHOPS
 AND THE PRODUCT APPROVAL. ONLY THE FLORIDA STATE OR
 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL WITH ASSOCIATED BACKUP
 DOCUMENTATION (INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, EVALUATION
 REPORT) OR MIAMIDADE NOA ARE REQUIRED. THREE DOCUMENTS
 ARE SHOWN ON THE INTERNET FOR THIS DOOR; THEY ARE LINKS
 NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THESE
