 INDICATES "ACCESSIBILITY IN PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS
 UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SHALL
 COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 11 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING. IS THE SECOND FLOOR CONSIDERED ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY, AND WHAT WAS THE OCCUPANCY PREVIOUSLY.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
