 PAGES, THE PAGES WITH THE CHOSEN
 ASSEMBLY/ SYSTEM TO BE USED AND THE
 GENERAL LIMITATIONS PAGE. ALL CAN BE
 FOUND ON WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 ROOFING , DOORS, WINDOWS,ETC.
  
 2) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION,NATURE, AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 PER 106.1.1 FBC*
  
 3) STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE
 A WALL SECTION FROM FOUNDATION THROUGH
 ROOF, INCLUDING ASSEMBLY AND MATERIALS,
 CONNECTOR TABLES, WIND REQUIREMENTS, AND
 STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS PER 106.3.5.4

 4) PROVIDE WIND DESIGN DATA ON DRAWINGS
 PER 1603.1.4 FBC
  
 5)PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE ANCHORAGE
 AGAINST OVERTURN, UPLIFT AND SLIDING PER
 1609.1.3 FBC
  
 6) PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE FRAMING OF THE
 FLOOR SYSTEM, WALLS, ROOF FRAMING, SHOW
 ALL CONNECTIONS AND THE SPECIFIC TIES OR
 STRAPS THAT WILL BE USED
  
 7) 2 COPIES OF ALL INFORMATION AND
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION
  
 8) THE PROPERTY WHERE THE PROPOSED WORK
 IS TO BE PERFORMED IS NOT THE OWNERS
 HOMESTEADED PROPERTY AS SUCH AN
 OWNER/BUILDER PERMIT CANNOT BE ISSUED
 AND A CONTRACTOR MUST BE USED
  
 9) THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS LOW. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 COST EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION
 REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT
 AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES PER

 10) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO
