 MINIMUM SETBACK OF 5' .THE SURVEY SHOWS IT AT LESS
 THAN 5' .
  
 3)INCLUDE PROPOSED PATIO IN SCOPE OF WORK ON
 APPLICATION.MAKE THE ENTIRETY OF THE SCOPE OF WORK
 VERY CLEAR.
  
 4)INCLUDE EXISTING DRIVEWAY DIMENSIONS.THE
 PROPOSED PATIO PLUS THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY APPEAR TO
 EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE IMPERMEABLE SURFACE IN THE
 FRONT YARD.THE SURVEY CALLS IT OUT AS A DIRT DRIVEWAY
 WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.AS PER THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION
 94-482(A):
  
 LOCATION AND SURFACE.REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE
 CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
 PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NONDUSTING SURFACE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION 94-485(E). IT SHALL BE A
 VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS
 AS DESCRIBEDIN THIS ARTICLE.
