 WALL. HEIGHT OF THE PRIVACY WALL MUST BE 4FT AND NEED
 TO PROVIDE WALL DETAIL.
 4. PLEASE INDICATE IF THERE WILL BE ANY FUTURE ROOF OR
 ENCLOSING OF PATIO.SEC 94-305 OPEN UNCOVERED PORCHES
 WHICH ARE THREE FEET OR LESS ABOVE GRADE MAY ENCORACH
 INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK AREA.
 5. THE PROPOSED NEW PATIO MUST MEET THE 25FT FRONT
 SETBACK IF THERE WILL BE FOOTERS/ROOF/ENCLOSED WALLS.
