 1) PER SECTION 94-482(C) OF THE CITY OF
 WPB ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, OFF-STREET PARKING SHALL
 NOT BE REDUCED TO AN AMOUNT LESS THAN
 REQUIRED FOR THE BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.PROPOSED TANKS APPEAR TO BE
 PLACED IN EXISTING PARKING.
  
 2) A SURVEY OF THE EXISTING PROPERTY,
 DATED WITHIN THE LAST YEAR, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3) PER SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY OF
 WPB ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED AS SCREENING.
 SCRRENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK,
 DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE
 MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL.WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO (2)
 FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 4) LANDSCAPE PLAN, SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 A LICENSED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, SHALL BE
 PROVIDED INDICATING THE ABOVE-REFERENCED
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
