 B) THE USE AND OCCUPANCY, IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3.
 C) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS DEFINED
 IN CHAPTER 6, TABLE 601.
 D) THE DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD, SEE 1004.
 E) IF AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS
 PROVIDED, WHETHER THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 IS REQUIRED.
 F) ANY SPECIAL STIPULATIONS & CONDITIONS
 OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 3) PLANS INDICATE THE USE OF FIRE
 RETARDANT TREATED PLYWOOD AS BACKING FOR
 THE EXPANDED METAL WIRE LATH. TABLE 601
 FOOTNOTE (C-2).
 2. IN TYPE I AND II CONSTRUCTION,
 FIRE-RETARDANT-TREATED WOOD SHALL BE
 ALLOWED IN BUILDINGS INCLUDING GIRDERS
 AND TRUSSES AS PART OF THE ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION WHEN THE BUILDING IS:
 I. TWO STORIES OR LESS IN HEIGHT;
 II. TYPE II CONSTRUCTION OVER TWO
 STORIES; OR
 III. TYPE I CONSTRUCTION OVER TWO
 STORIES AND THE VERTICAL DISTANCE FROM
 THE UPPER FLOOR TO THE ROOF IS 20 FEET
 OR MORE.
 THE ABOVE FOOTNOTE IS THE ONLY AREAS
 THAT PLYWOOD COULD BE USED IN ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4) THE OTHER ISSUE WITH PLYWOOD IS
 CONSIDERED SOLID BACKING AND FOR WIRE
 LATH SPACED 1/4" OFF THE FACE OF THE
 PLYWOOD TO ALLOW THE STUCCO TO KEY. SEE
 ASTM C-1063.WE WILL NEED TO KNOW THE
 WWEIGHT OF THE WIRE LATH TO BE USED,
 WHAT TYPE OF FRAMING WIL BEUSED TO
 SUPPORT THE WIRE LATH.
  
 5) DISCREPANCY THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATES ONLY 614 SQ FT OF BREEZEWAY IS
 TO BE REPAIRED. WHEREAS THE PLANS IN THE
 KEY PLAN 2,432 OF NEW CEILING AND 3,475
 OF NEW GROUND SURFACE ? PLEASE UPDATE
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND VALUE OF
 PROJECT OR THE CITY WILL USE MARSHAL &
 SWIFT TO CALCULATE THE VALUE OF THE
 PROJECT.
  
 6) WILL THERE BE NEW ROOF DECKS
