 19. A MAXIMUM OF 25% OF THE BUFFER STRIP
 ALONG THE SOUTH LOT LINE MAY BE
 INTERRUPTED, PLANS SHOW 33% OF THE
 BUFFER STRIP INTERRUPTED. NOTE: THE 33%
 DOES NOT INCLUDE THE INTERRUPTION CAUSED
 BY THE 3 PARKING SPACES WHICH MUST BE
 RELOCATED.
