 IN THIS SHED, (PROVIDE MSDS SHEETS FOR
 CHEMICALS), ALSO PROVIDE THE MATERIALS
 STORED IF S1 OR S2 OCCUPANCY.
  
 2) THE 8"X11" SITE PLAN DOESN'T PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS BETWEEN THE PROPOSED SHED AND
 PROPERTY LINE, THE SURVEY HAS A SIDE
 DIMENSION OF 8'-0" NONE FOR THE REAR
 PROPERTY LINE.ALSO PROVIDE THE DISTANCE
 BETWEEN THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE
 PROPOSED SHED.
  
 3) NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBLITY FOR
 THE 81/2"X11" SITE PLAN. 106.3*
 CITY AMENDMENT
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA
 SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 4) DEPENDING ON THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION OF THE SHED (S1 VS S2)
 THE LOCATION OF THE SHED ON THE PROPERTY
 WILL BECOME THE DETERMINIMG FACTOR TO
 LOCATION. SEE 602 & 704.8.
  
 5)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
