 ADDRESSING COMMENTS FROM THE MECHANICAL PLAN REVIEW.
 PLEASE NOTE, FURTHER CLARIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING ITMES:
  
 RESPONSE TO COMMENT 1:PLAN SHEET H0.03 REVISED DETAIL
 25 FOR THE ACCU 1 & 2.
  
 PLEASE CLARIFYTHE CONCRETE SLABFOR THE CONDENSING
 UNIT ON THE ROOF TOP.PLEASE SPECIFY THE ROOF MATERIAL
 THIS SLAB WILL BE SETTING ON.IT APPEARS THESE UNITS
 ARE ACTUALLY INSTALLED IN THE GARAGE AREAS.
  
  
 RESPONSE TO COMMENT 2:PLANS SHEET H0.03 REVISED
 DETAIL 26.THE RESPONSE INDICATES THE CURB WILL BE 18"
 HIGH.
  
 ACCORDING TO THE DETAIL THE 18" DEMINSION IS THE
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE ROOF SURFACE AND THE BOTTOM OF
 THE ACCU.IS THESE CURBS "PATE CURBS"WILL THE
 FLASHING HAVE TO EXTEND UNDERNEATH THE ACCU?PLEASE
 NOTE, THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE ROOF SURFACE AND THE
 BOTTOM OF ACCU IS DETERMINED BY THE WIDTH OF THE UNIT
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2004 FBE 1509.7.
  
  
 RESPONSE TO COMMENT 3:PLAN SHEET H1.01 INDICATES THE
 TERMINATION OF CIF-6 IS 10 FT ABOVE GRADE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE, THE EXHAUST FROM THIS IS FROM THE LOADING
 DOCK FOR THE REMOVAL OF CARBON MONOXIDE.PER 2004 FMC
 401.5.1HAZAROUS OR NOXIOUS CONTAMINANT SHALL BE LOCATED
 A MINIMUM OF 10 FROM OPENINGS.PER 501.2 AIR REMOVED
 BY EVERY MECHANICAL EXHAUST SHALL DISCHARGE OUTDOORS AT
 A POINT WHERE IT WILL NOT CAUSE A NUISANCE.BY
 DEFINITION A NUISANCE IS CONSIDERED THAT WHICH IS
 DETRIMENTAL TO HEALTH, WHICH CARBON MONOXIDE IS.
  
  
 RESPONSE TO COMMENT 4 & 5 WERE ADDRESSED.
  
 COMMENT 6 WAS NOT ADDRESSED:PLAN SHEET H1.02, H1.03,
 & H1.05, PLEASE INDICATE IF THE CONDENSING UNITS ARE
 LOCATED IN SIDE THE GARAGE AREA.PLEASE PROVIDE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS INDICATING THIS IS ACCEPTABLE
 TO THE MANUFACTURER.
  
  
 COMMENT 7 & 8 WERE NOT ADDRESSED:VENTILATION FOR THE
 STORAGE AREAS - PER OUR CONVERSATION, CO SENSORS ARE TO
 BE INSTALLED INTO NON-HABITABLE SPACES WHEN THE MAKE-UP
 AIR BEING PROVIDED IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THE GARAGE
 SPACE.
  
 COMMENT 9 THROUGH 14 WERE ADDRESSED.
  
  
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 PLEASE NOTE, SMOKE, FIRE AND OR COMBINATION DAMPERS MAY
 BE REQUIRED IN THE FUTURE TENANT BUILDOUT DEPENING ON
 THE OCCUPANCIES.
