 WIND SPEED, IMPORTANCE FACTOR, ETC. SEE
 2004 FBC 1603.1.4.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2004
 FBC(EXISTING BUILDINGS) FOR LEVEL 2
 ALTERATIONS. SEE SECTIONS 601 THRU 611.
  
 6) SPECIFY INTERIOR FINISH FLAME SPREAD
 AND FIRE RESISTANCE.
  
 7) FBC 1805.2 REQUIRES FOOTINGS TO HAVE
 A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 12". CLARIFY THAT
 ITEM #4 FOR NEW RAISED CONCRETE FLOOR IS
 POURED OVER AN EXISTING FOUNDATION.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE FASTENING FOR THE PLYWOOD
 TO THE NEW 2X8 JOISTS. SEE FBC TABLE
 2304.9.1. (6"OC EDGES & INTERMEDIATE AND
 4"OC IN ZONE 3).
  
 9) PROVIDE A WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK
 DETAIL/FRAMING DETAIL FOR WINDOW AND
 DOOR OPENINGS.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE R-VALUE FOR WALL AND
 CEILING INSULATION. COMPLY WITH FBC
 CHAPTER 13.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE ROOF COVERING AND SUBMIT
 FL PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ROOFING.
  
 12) INDICATE HOW THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 WILL BE MAINTAINED FROM THE EXTERIOR
 INTO OFFICE 1 AND FROM BOTH EXTERIOR AND
 INTERIOR INTO OFFICE TWO WHEN THE CONC.
 FLOORS ARE RAISED. SEE FBC 11-4.1.6.
  
 13) SUBMIT FL PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 SIMPSON CONNECTORS.
  
 14) CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO FBC
 106.3.3 REQUIRES THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH
 ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 TO BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL.
  
 15) SPECIFY THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
 WINDLOAD PRESSURES AT THE EXTERIOR
 OPENINGS FOR THE NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS.
