 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
 SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED 'UNITY OF
 OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE 601
 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED
 NOT APPLICABLE.
 2A)THE UNITY OF TITLE SUBMITTED IS NOT
 FOR THE LOTS BACK TO BACK, PHASE I AND
 PHASE II BUT FOR THE LOTS THAT ARE ON
 BOTH SIDES OF SUNSET. THIS IS A MATTER
 THAT ZONING, UTILITIES NOR THE LAW
 DEPARTMENT HAS APPROVED. THIS ISSUE HAS
 TO BE RESOLVED BEFORE A PERMIT WILL BE
 ISSUED.
 2B)ALSO SHEET A-1 PHASE-I REMOVE THE
 FENCE FROM ACROSS THE RITE OF WAY BEFORE
 A PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED.

 A NEW OVERHEAD FIRE RATED DOOR, WHEREAS
 COMMENT# 8 RESPONSE (06030925) INDICATES
 THIS IS AN EXISTING 3HR FIRE RATED
 DOORWAY. WHICH IS IT, SINCE THIS CROSSES
 PROPERTY LINES NO PERMIT WAS PULLED
 PROVIDE LITERATURE ON THE FIRE RATING
 SINCE WE STILL NEED A 2 HR SEPERATION
 FROM THE PAINT SHOP. TABLE 302.1.1.
  
 4) SHEET A-1 PHASE-II INDICATES A NEW
 HANDICAPPED RAMP AS A RESULT OF A
 MEETING BETWEEN THE OWNER, DESIGN TEAM,
 CONTRACTOR AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
 11-4.8.4.(2) LANDINGS. ALL LANDINGS
 ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60"
 CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP SHALL
 HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT &
 LEVEL CLEARENCE. LOWER LANDING IS NOT
 INDICATED ON PLAN. WILL REQUIRE THE
 ELIMINATION OF ANOTHER PARKING SPOT.
  
 5) THE ARCHITECT HAS SUBMITTED A LETTER
 ON DISPROPORTIONATE COST BUT THIS LETTER
 STILL DOES NOT RELIEVE THE OWNER FROM
 VERTICAL ACCESSIBLIITY.

 OF ANY BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR FACILITY

 IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO

 EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS TO REMAIN LOOSE OR
 OTHERWISE UNSECURED AT A CONSTRUCTION
 SITE FROM 24 HRS. AFTER A HURRICANE
 WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED UNTIL THE
 HURRICANE WATCH OR WARNING HAS BEEN
 LIFTED. ALL SUCH CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS,
 EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS SHALL BE EITHER
 REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR
 SECURED IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE
 THE DANGER OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION
 MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING
 DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY FROM HIGH
 WINDS.
 ANY PERSONS WHO FAILS TO COMPLY TO
 REMOVE OR SECURE THE CONSTRUCTION
 MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS WITHIN
 24 HRS AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN
 ISSUED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO
 EXCEED $500.00.
 IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION
 SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 113 OF THIS CHAPTER.
