 PROTECTED. PLEASE CLARIFY. IS THE SPACE
 FIRE SPRINKLERED?
  
 2) THE SCOPE OF WORK IS TO OPEN THE WALL
 BETWEEN TWO TENANT SPACES CREATING ONE
 LARGE SPACE. PROVIDE A DRAWING OF THE
 EXISTING SPACE WITH THE DIMENSIONS AND
 OCCUPANT LOADS FOR THE COMBINED SPACES.
 INDICATE THE EXISTS AND PATHS OF TRAVEL
 FOR THE COMBINED SPACE.
  
 3) SPECIFY ON PLANS THAT THE ALTERATIONS
 TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA COMPLY WITH
 FLORIDA ACCESIBILITY CODE AS REQUIRED BY
 2004 FBC 11-4.1.6.
  
 11-4.1.6(2) DUTY TO PROVIDE AN
 ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO ALTERED
 AREAS SHALL BE DEEMED DISPROPORTIONATE
 TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE COST
 EXCEEDS 20 % OF THE COST OF THE ALTERA-
 TION TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA.
