 TABLE, WHICH SHOULD INDICATE THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A) EXISTING ZONING
 B) TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT
 C) TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE
 D) PERCENTAGE OF OPEN SPACE,
 LANDSCAPING, BUILDING COVERAGE, AND
 IMPERMEABLE SURFACE
 E) PARKING CALCULATIONS (REQUIRED AND
 PROPOSED)
 F) FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR)
  
 2) A PARKING STALL DETAIL SHALL BE
 PROVIDED INDICATING STRIPING AND
 DIMENSIONS OF REGULAR AND HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACES.STRIPING AND DIMENSIONS
 SHALL CONFORM TO SECTION 94-485 OF THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 3) PROVIDE DETAILS REGARDING WHAT
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE LOCATED ON
 THE SLAB ADJACEN TO THE LOADING ZONE.
 APPROPRIATE SCREENING MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET
 THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF
 SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 5) LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED ON ALL
 SIDES OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, WITH
 THE EXCEPTION OF THE GATE.
  
 6) PLANTING IN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE
 SHALL BE CLEAR BETWEEN 18 INCHES AND 8
 FEET.THE LANDSCAPE PLANS INDICATE
 SEVERAL TREES/SHRUBS WITHIN THE PARKER
 AVENUE AND BELEVEDERE ROAD
 INGRESS/EGRESS SIGHT TRIANGLES.
  
 7) THE SECTION NUMBER UNDER "NOTES" ON
 SHEET LP-1 OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANS IS
 INCORRECT.
  
 8) LANDSCAPE DETAILS/NOTES INDICATE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY...PLEASE ADJUST
 ACCORDINGLY.
