 NOT ACCEPTABLE ON ENGINEERED DRAWINGS".
 THE DRAWINGS AND INFORMATION BY THOMAS
 J.TWOMEY,P.E. WERE ALTERED. THIS IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE.THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE
 ORIGINALLY SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD. SEE 61G15-23.001/
 61G15-23.002 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
  
 3) 713.13(2) F.S.THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE RE-RECORDED BECAUSE
 THE DESCRIBED IMPROVEMENT OR
 CONSTRUCTION DID NOT COMMENCE WITHIN 90
 DAYS OF RECORDING. THE OWNER MUST SIGN
 THE NOC. PER FS.713.13(1)(G).

 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. THE STATE
 COVER SHEETS ARE REQUIRED FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE APPROVED BY THE
 STATE. NOTE: THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 THE PGT FIXED WINDOW HAS BEEN REVISED
 AND UPDATED. SUBMIT THE UPDATED PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THIS PRODUCT. SEE

 THE MAXIMUM AREA OF UNPROTECTED OR
 PROTECTED OPENINGS PERMITTED IN AN
 EXTERIOR WALL IN ANY STORY SHALL NOT
 EXCEED THE VALUES SET FORTH IN TABLE
 704.8 . WHERE BOTH UNPROTECTED AND
 PROTECTED OPENINGS ARE LOCATED IN THE
 EXTERIOR WALL IN ANY STORY, THE TOTAL
 AREA OF THE OPENINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE FOLLOWING FORMULA: SEE (FBC TABLE
 602) FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. IF THE
 WINDOWSWILL BE REMOVE THEY WILL HAVE
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THESE TWO
 SECTIONS OF THE CURRENT FBC.
  
 6) ARE THERE TWO BUILDINGS OR ONE AT
 THIS ADDRESS? IF IT'S TWO BUILDINGS
 SUBMIT THE UNITY OF TITLE COMBINING THE
 TWO STRUCTURES.
  
 7) SHOW THE CORRECT SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 THIS BUILDING. THE DRAWINGS INDICATE THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE AS 22,922 HOWEVER, THE
 DIMENTIONS OF THIS BUILDING DOES NOT
 NATCH THAT FIGURE.
  
 8) SHEET D-1 SHOWS A FENCE WITH A GATE
 IN THE MIDDLE OF SUNSET ROAD. IF THE
 OWNER HAS PERMISSION FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THES FENCE PROVIDE THE
 INFORMATION FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPT.
 WHICH ALLOW THIS FENCE TO BE
 CONSTRUCTED.
