 3- PERMIT APPLICATION SAYS "CONSTRUCTION
 OF A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY OVER THE
 M-CANAL". PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS NEED TO
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER
 11 OF FBC 2004 (FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE). DRAWINGS TO SHOW HOW PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THIS CHAPTER. OTHERWISE, PROVIDE
 INFORMATION THAT EXEMPTS PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY TO COMPLY WITH THIS CHAPTER.
  
 4- ACCORDING TO CONFIDENTIALITY NOTE ON
 SHEET 203145-01 THESE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS ARE FOR YBC TO BUILD THE
 BRIDGE. PROVIDE AUTHORIZATION FROM YBC
 TO MURRAY LOGAN CONSTRUCTION INC. TO USE
 DRAWINGS TO BUILD BRIDGE.
  
 5- A) PROVIDE FLORIDA OR LOCAL PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR SIMPSON CONNECTORS (H5-SS
 AND MSTA12-SS) SPECIFIED ON PLANS AS
 REQUIRED BY RULE 9B-72 OF DEPARTMENT OF
