 (PARTIAL) 20 THROUGH 27 AS ONE LOT.
 PROPERTY APPRAISER SHOWS THIS AS TWO
 LOTS, EACH INCLUDING A PARTIALLY
 SUBMERGED PIECE OF LAND IN ADDITION TO
 THE PLATTED LOTS.PLEASE HAVE THE
 SURVEYOR CONTACT ME TO ADDRESS THIS
 BEFORE THE PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE SURVEY AND THE
 ARCHITECTURALS ARE IN CONFLICT WITH THE
 PROPERTY APPRAISER RECORDS.
  
 2.)THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 CORRECT.THE IT REQUIRED TO INCLUDE A
 LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND IS TO HAVE THE
 PRINTED NAME OF THE OWNER.TRG WORTH
 FLAGLER VENTURE IS AN ENTITY, AND AN
 INDIVIDUAL SIGNS ON BEHALF OF THE
 ENTITY.THE PRINTED NAME OF THE
 INDIVIDUAL WHO SIGNED SHOULD BE ON THE
 NOC.THE LEGAL SHOULD INCLUDE ALL
 PARCELS AFFECTED BY THIS IMPROVEMENT,
 NOT ONE ADDRESS.
