 REQUIRED.PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE
 ATTEMPTED REACHING THE ENGINEER, WILLIAM
 MCCANN PE, CLEARWATER, AND THE TELEPHONE
 NUMBER ON HIS TITLE BLOCK IS

 CANNOT DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS
 A STANDARD DETAIL OR IF THE ENGINEER IS
 AWARE OF SITE SPECIFIC SOIL CONDITIONS.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION ENGINEER
 HAS DECLARED 140 EXPOSURE B.WHEN
 ADDRESSING SOILS CONDITIONS, ALSO HAVE
 THE ENGINEER ADDRESS SITE CONDITION IN
 REGARDS TO WIND EXPOSURE.

 CONFLICTS WITH THE CIVILS.THE
 ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN SHOWS ONE LOT;
 THE OTHER SHEETS SHOW MULTIPLE LOTS.
 HAS A UNITY OF TITLE BEEN RECORDED?
 NOTE THAT THE FUTURE TRAILER APPEARS TO
 BE LESS THAN 5' FROM THE CURRENT
 PROPERTY LINE AND THAT THE OTHER
 IMPROVEMENTS CROSS OVER THE PROPERTY
 LINES.
  
 THIS COMMENT IS INFORMATIONAL AND DOES
 NOT PREVENT THIS PERMIT FROM BEING
 ISSUED.HOWEVER, BEFORE A BUILDING
