 PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER THAT HAS BEEN
 ASSIGNED IS PCN 74-43-43-29-22-000-0030.

 DISTANCES WILL BE BASED ON. PROVIDE A
 SITE PLAN/SURVEY WITH THE DISTANCES FROM
 THE BUILDING TO THE "CONDO" PROPERTY
 LINES SPECIFIED. BASED ON THE LOCATIONS
 OF THE "CONDO" PROPERTY LINES, THE
 STRUCTURE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FBC 704.8
 FOR ALLOWABLE AREA OF OPENINGS. NOTE:
 FOOTNOTE C TO TABLE 704.8 ALLOWS
 UNLIMITED OPENING AREAS FOR OPEN PARKING
 STRUCTURES WITH A FIRE SEPARATION OF
 GREATER THAN 10 FEET.
  
 3)IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,

 THE FOUNDATION PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE

 THAT THE TENNANT SPACE AND STORAGE/
 EQUIPMENT ROOMS ARE SPRINKLERED. THIS IS
 NOT CORRECT. PLEASE SEE FBC 903.6.1.
 ANY BUILDING WHICH IS OF THREE STORIES
 OR MORE IN HEIGHT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH
 AN APPROVED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 903.1 .

 CONSTRUCTED WITH NONCOMBUSTIBLE
 MATERIALS, THE DESIGN OF WHICH IS SUCH

 TYPE II-B IS LIMITED TO 4 STORIES AND
 23,000 SQFT. PER FLOOR.STORAGE S-2/
 TYPE II-B IS ALSO LIMITED TO 4 STORIES
 AND 26,000 SQFT PER FLOOR.
 UNLESS THE BUILDING OCCUPANCY IS
 SEPARATED BY 2 HOUR FIRE BARRIER WALLS
 AND CEILING ASSEMBLY PER FBC 302.3.2 THE
 MOST RESTRICTIVE LIMITS FOR HEIGHT AND
 AREA OF TABLE 503 BASED ON CONSTRUCTION
 TYPE AND OCCUPANCY SHALL BE APPLIED TO

 READING ?VAN ACCESSIBLE? MOUNTED BELOW
 THE SYMBOL OF ACCESSIBILITY. SUCH SIGNS
 SHALL BE LOCATED SO THEY CANNOT BE
 OBSCURED BY A VEHICLE PARKED IN THE
 SPACE.
  
 12) PROVIDE NOTE ON PLANS TO SHOW
