 FRENCH DOOR.PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 4.SHOW SQUARE FOOTAGE ON PLANS OF
 EXISTING AREAS AND NEW ROOM ADDITION AND
 GARAGE AREAS.
  
 5.BASED ON ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA
 THE PERMIT VALUATION IS TOO LOW.
 THE ROOM ADDITION ALONE IS $143,481.00
 PLUS THE ENCLOSED CARPORT AND ANY OTHER
 ADDIONAL ITEMS.
 REVISE THE PERMIT VALUE AND PAY THE
 ADDITIONAL PERMIT FEES.
  
 6.SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALCS.
 TO THE 2004 FBC.
  
 7.THOSE PRODUCT APPROVALS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.WPB
 AMMENDMENT TO FBC 106.3.3
  
 NOTE:SINCE MUCH OF THIS WORK HAS BEEN
 COMPLETED WITH OUT INSPECTIONS
 ADDITIONAL ENGINNERING REPORTS MAY BE
 NEEDED AFTER THE PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED
 AND YOU ARE READY TO START INSPECTIONS.

 INSPECTOR ONCE A PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUE
 TO ARRANGE AN INSPECTION OF THE SITE TO
 DETERMINE WHAT ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING
 REPORTS THAT MAY BE NEEDED.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUM-
 BER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICA
 TION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
