 LAYOUT AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS
 (INCLUDES ADJACENT SIDEWALK).
  
 4) THERE IS NOT THE REQUIRED 24 FOOT
 WIDE DRIVE AISLE BETWEEN THE ADDITION ON
 THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND THE
 90 DEGREE PARKING SPACES LABELED AS
 ?SERVICE PARKING? ON THE ENGINEERING
 PLAN.
  
 4) THE ADDITION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE DIMENSIONS OR
 LAYOUT AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS
 (INCLUDES ADJACENT SIDEWALK, PARKING,
 LANDSCAPING AND SIGNAGE).
  
 5) THE VEHICLE DISPLAY, ACCESSIBLE PATH,
 LOCATION OF THE PYLON SIGN, PAVER AREAS
 AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS POINTS ARE DIFFERENT
 DO NOT MEET THE DIMENSIONS OR LAYOUT AS
 SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS.
  
 6) THE SITE PLAN INCLUDED WITH THE
 BUILDING PERMIT LISTS 5 HANDICAP PARKING
 SPACES PROVIDED WHILE THE PLANS SHOW 6
 HANDICAP SPACES.

 WHILE THE ?PARKING REQUIRED? TABLE LISTS

 COMPLETELY LIST THE PARKING PROVIDED.
 NOTE - IT APPEARS THAT THE SITE HAS
 EXCESS PARKING.
  
 8) THE PARKING DETAIL INCORRECTLY SHOWS
 THE WHEEL STOP LOCATION.THE CITY
 REQUIRES THE WHEEL STOP TO BE LOCATED
 TWO FEET FROM THE END OF THE PARKING
 SPACE.
  
 9) THE ADA LOGO SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 24
 INCHES FROM THE OPENING OF THE HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACE.
  
 10) THE FUTURE LAND USE AND ZONING
 DESIGNATIONS ARE INCORRECT ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN (PBC DESIGNATIONS USED).
