 PRINCIPAL USE (IN THIS CASE
 RESIDENTIAL), IT GOES ON TO STATE THAT
 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT BE
 LOCATED AT A HEIGHT GREATER THAN THAT
 PERMITTED FOR SUCH AN OCCUPANCY GROUP IN
 THE THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION BEING USED.
 IN A TYPE II RESIDENTIAL BUILDING, THE
 PARKING GARAGE OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT
 OCCUPY ANY SPACE ABOVE THE SIXTH STORY.
