 2.)THE AREA CALCULATIONS ON THE
 REVISION DIFFER FROM THE OLD PLAN.THE
 OLD PLAN SHOWS 13,504 AS EXISTING; THE
 REVISION SHOWS 15,272 AS EXISTING.THE
 EXISTING BUILDING SIZE SHOULD NOT HAVE
 CHANGED; WAS THERE AN ERROR IN BUILDING
 SIZE ON THE ORIGINAL PLAN?
  
 3.)IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY.CALL 233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.IMPACT FEES ARE ASSESSED
 BASED ON HABITABLE SPACE (UNDER AIR).
 ALTHOUGH YOU ARE ELIMINATING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE, IT IS LIKELY THAT IMPACT FEES
 WERE NEVER PAID ON THAT AREA AS IT WAS A
 COVERED PORCH.IF THE COUNTY DETERMINES
 THAT IMPACT FEES ARE NOT DUE, THEY WILL
 STAMP THE PLAN WITH A $0 BALANCE DUE.
 IF THEY DO THIS, HAVE THEM INDICATE ON
 THE STAMP THAT THEY ARE AWARE THAT THERE
 IS AN ADDITION OF 228 FEET.
  
 3.) THE PANTRY DOOR IS TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC11-4.13 (WIDTH).
  
 4.)PROVIDE INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO
 DESIGN LOAD, ROOF FRAMING.
  
 5.)IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW DOOR 120B LEADS
 TO AN EXIT DISCHARGE.IT IS SHOWN AS AN
 EXIT ON E1.FROM THE PARTIAL FLOOR PLAN
 THAT DOOR APPEARS TO LEAD TO ANOTHER
 ROOM, BUT IT IS NOT CLEAR WHERE IT LEADS
 FROM THERE, AND WHAT THE PATH OF TRAVEL
 DISTANCE IS.
