 1)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A

 2) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "AO"
 FLOOD ZONE. AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 3) ADDITIONAL PERMIT FEES ARE DUE. THE

 6) SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE
 EXTERIOR GUARDRAILS. SPECIFY THE
 ATTACHMENTS TO THE STRUCTURE.
  
 7) PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS WITH
 STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE INTERIOR
 GUARDRAIL AT THE SECOND FLOOR STAIRWELL
 OPENING.
  
 8) THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS SPECIFIED AS
 TYPE V UNPROTECTED, UNSPRINKLERED. FBC
 2001 TABLE 600 REQUIRES EXTERIOR BEARING
 WALLS TO BE FIRE RATED BASED ON DISTANCE
 TO PROPERTY LINES OR ASSUMED PROPERTY
 LINES. SPECIFY THE REQUIRED FIRE RATINGS
 AND LOCATIONS OF THE RATED WALLS.
 PROVIDE DETAILS AND SECTIONS OF WALLS
 AND SPECIFY THE LISTED ASSEMBLIES FOR
 THE FIRE RATED WALLS.
  
 9) VERIFY THAT THE PERCENTAGE OF WALL
 AREA ALLOWED AS OPENINGS BY TABLE 600
 BASED ON DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE
 OR ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE IS NOT
 EXCEEDED.
  
 10) FBC 705 REQUIRES 3/4 HOUR OPENING
 PROTECTIVES FOR FIRE RATED EXTERIOR
 WALLS WITHIN 15' OF THE PROPERTY LINE.
 SPECIFY HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE
 ACCOMPLISHED.
  
 11) PLEASE REVISE NOTE 8 ON SHEET A9
 SECTION 1626 IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO THE
 HVHZ. THE APPROPRIATE SECTION FOR AREAS
 OUTSIDE THE HVHZ, WHICH ARE IN THE
 WINDBOURNE DEBRIS REGION IS 1606.1.4.
 THIS SECTION REQUIRES GLAZING TO BE
 PROTECTED FROM WIND BOURNE DEBRIS.
  
 12) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 STRUCTURAL WINDOW MULLIONS AND ROOF
 COVERING MATERIAL. SPECIFY WHICH METHOD
 OF ATTACHMENT WILL BE USED TO FASTEN THE
 ROOF TILES.
  
 13) ON SHEET A8GL THE 16' X 7' GARAGE
 DOOR HAS THE WRONG ID TAG.
  
 14) THE ROOF SHEATHING FASTENING NOTES
 ON S4 AND S5 ARE INCORRECT. CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO 2001 FBC TABLE 2306.1
 REQUIRE FASTENER SPACING TO BE 4"OC AT
 THE EDGES AND 6"OC INTERMEDIATE IN ROOF
 ZONE 3. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 15) SPECIFY THE TRUSS CONNECTORS THAT
 WILL BE USED TO ATTACH THE TRUSSES
 ABOVE THE GARAGES TO THE ONE HOUR FIRE
 RATED TENANT SEPARATION WALLS. PROVIDE
 DETAILS AND SECTION. SEE SHEET S-2.
  
 16) SPECIFY THE TRUSS ANCHORS FOR THE
 THREE PLY (A12) GIRDERS AT THE EXTERIOR
 WALLS. TRUSS DRAWINGS SPECIFY 1795#
 UPLIFT. SEE SHEET S-3.
  
 17) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN
