 REVISION DENIED/INCOMPLETE INFORMATION
  
 1} THERE IS A DELTA '2' INDICATING THE REVISION, BUT
 NOT MARKED ON THE PLAN. PLEASE INDICATE BY CLOUDING OR
 SOME OTHER MEANS WHERE THESE CHANGES ARE.
  
 2} THE WIRING IN THE "OFFICE" WAS DELETED FROM THIS
 PLAN. IF THESE SHEETS ARE REVISING PREVIOUS PLANS, ALL
 WORK ORIGINALLY SHOWN MUST BE ON THE REVISED SHEET AS
 IT REPLACES THE PREVIOUS SHEET.
  
 3} THERE ARE SOME STRUCTURAL CHANGES ON THIS PLAN, BUT
 NO STRUCTURAL REVISIONS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. ANY
 ELECTRICAL CHANGES AFFECTED BY STRUCTURAL CHANGES MUST
 BE SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME, OR AFTER THE STRUCTURAL
 CHANGES HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED.
  
 4} AS PREVIOUSLY NOTED ON THE PLAN, A GFI IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE WHIRLPOOL TUB PER 680.71. THIS MAY BE AT THE
 PANEL IN THE FORM OF A BREAKER OR A RECEPTACLE, BUT
 MUST BE SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 5} SHEET E1.2 EXISTING BATH INDICATES BY NOTE
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 3401.7.1.2, REVIEW REQUIRES
 THAT THE RECEPTACLE REQUIRED TO COMPLY BE LOCATED ON
 THE PLAN FOR COMPLIANCE WITH 210.52(D) AS WELL AS
 210.8(A)(1).
  
 6} THE #2 THHN EQUIPMENT GROUND BETWEEN THE METER AND
 DISCONNECT ON THE RISER DIAGRAM CREATES A PARALLEL PATH
 TO GROUND WITH THE NEUTRAL AND MUST BE REMOVED. AN
 ISOLATED NEUTRAL AND EQUIPMENT GROUND ARE TO BE RAN
 FROM THE FIRST MEANS OF DISCONNECT. 250.6. SHEET E2.1,
 RISER DIAGRAM.
  
 7} THE FEEDERS TO THE EXISTING PANEL (3/0) AND THE NEW
 PANEL "A" (4/0) IN THE MDP, DO NOT CORRELATE WITH THE
 "3-2/0 " FEEDERS ON THE RISER DIAGRAM.
  
 8} THREE PANELS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PERMITTED
 PLANS. INDICATE THE ORIGINAL LOCATIONS OF THESE PANELS
 AND THE LOCATION OF THE JUNCTION BOXES THAT MUST HAVE
 REPLACED THESE PANELS.215.5.
