 1)IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) ITEM #4 IN THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON A2 IS
 LISTED AS A SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND ON
 THE PLAN IT IS DRAWN AS A DOUBLE
 OUTSWING FRENCH DOOR AT THE FAMILY ROOM.
  
 3) ITEM #16 IN THE SCHEDULE IS ANOTHER
 SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND THERE AREN'T ANY
 SG DOORS ON THE PLANS. PLEASE CORRECT.
 ALSO REMOVE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 SLIDING GLASS DOORS FROM THE SUBMITTALS
 AS IT DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS PROJECT.
  
 4) PLEASE UPDATE DESIGN CRITERIA ON A5.
 THE REFERENCED STANDARDS IN THE 2OO1 FBC
 ARE ACI 318-02 AND ACI530.1-02. SEE FBC
 CHAPTER 35.
  
 5) ON A5 THERE IS A CONNECTOR AT THE
 COVERED PATIO WITH A #12 TAG. THERE IS
 NO #12 SPECIFIED IN THE ANCHOR LEGEND.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6) PLEASE REVISE THE ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON
 A5, AS SEVERAL CONNECTOR UPLIFTS
 SPECIFIED ARE IN ERROR. THE MAXIMUM
 UPLIFT FOR HTA 16 IS 1500#. THE DOUBLE
 HTA 16S HAVE A MAXIMUM UPLIFT OF 3000#.
 THE MAX. UPLIFTS FOR THE 'USP' RT22T AND
 RT20T ARE 1225#. SEE 2005 USP CATALOG.
  
 7) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS OF THE
 CUPOLA ABOVE THE MASTER BEDROOM. SPECIFY
 ALL CONNECTORS, EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR
 FINISHES, STUD SIZE AND SPACING,
 INSULATION, ETC.
  
 8) THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY THE
 PLANS FOR THE SMALL GARAGE DOOR EXCEED
 THE DESIGN PRESSURES GIVEN IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 9) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 HOLLOW METAL DOOR AT THE MECHANICAL
 ROOM, # 17 IN THE SCHEDULE.
  
 10) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STORE FRONT WINDOWS (H,I,AND D IN THE
 SCHEDULE).
  
 11) ITEM #5 IN THE DOOR SCHEDULE IS
 SPECIFIED AS A STORE DOOR. PLEASE
 CLARIFY AND SUBMIT THE APPROPRIATE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL.
