 ACTIVATED, ALL CARS SERVING THE MAIN
 FLOOR OR TRANSFER FLOOR SHALL RETURN TO
 A LOCATION APPROVED BY THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT AND BUILDING OFFICIAL AND BE
 UNDER MANUAL CONTROL ONLY.THE DETECTOR
