 C) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM
 OF FORM.
 D) SLAB ON GRADE PERIMETER CALCULATION
 DOESN'T MATCH PLANS.
 E) NEED ADJACENT CEILING AREA.
  
 4- CLEARLY IDENTIFY SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS
 TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES SINCE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED HAS SOME
 WINDOWS THAT DON'T MEET THOSE LOADS.
  
 5- SPECIFICATIONS FOR WIRE LATH IN THE
 FASTENER SCHEDULE DON'T MATCH
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON PORCH SECTION.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- STAIR SECTION. CLEARLY INDICATE
 FIREBLOCKING IN STAIRWAY SECTION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 2305.1.4 FBC 2001.
