 NATIONAL, STATE OR THE LOCAL LEVEL
 VERIFYING THE HISTORIC BUILDING
 DESIGNATION.
  
 2. CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, AND
 RENOVATION TO COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 3. EXIT STAIRS ARE TO BE KEPT UP
 WITH CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE
 SITE DAILY.
  
 5. NO CUTTING OR WELDING OPERATIONS
 SHALL BE PERFORMED UNLESS APPROVED
 BY THE FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU AND
 FULL COMPLIANCE WITH NFPA 51B.
  
 6. ELECTRONIC SWITCHES, CHAIN AND
 LOCKS ARE REQUIRED ON THE BACKFLOW
 DEVICE.
  
 7. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION
 SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE PROPER
 SIDE OF THE BACKFLOW DEVICE.
  
 8. A KNOX-BOX WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 THE PROJECT.
  
 9. HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON BOTH
 SIDES OF NEW STAIRS.
  
 10. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION
 SHALL BE LOCATED NO FARTHER THAN
 150 FEET FROM A FIRE HYDRANT.
  
 11. THE USE OF GASOLINE POWERED
 EQUIPMENT INDOORS MUST BE PROVIDED
 WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION TO PREVENT
 THE BUILD-UP OF CARBON MONOXIDE.
  
 12. THE BUILDING ADDRESS IS REQUIRED
 ON THE PROPER ELEVATION. A MINIMUM OF
 AT LEAST 6" HIGH NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 13. MORE DETAILS REQUIRED FOR EMERGENCY
 GENERATOR AND FUEL SUPPLY.
  
 14. SINCE THE BUILDING WILL BE

 ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE BUILDING. WILL
 THE TENANT ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE
 BUSINESS PORTION BE A SINGLE OR
