 FLOOR UNIT.PROVIDE CALCULATED FIRE
 RESISTANCE FOR THE FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLY FBC709 (EACH COMPONENT AND
 TIME, SHOW TOTAL).
  
 UL L504 WAS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.PLEASE
 INCORPORATE A DETAIL INTO THE PLAN.
  
 5.)THE EXTERIOR STAIR IS TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC1006.2.4.SHOW FIRE RESISTANCE
 OF THE WALL.OPENINGS WITHIN 10' ARE
 TO BE 3/4 HR.INDICATE ON THE PLAN.
  
 SECOND REVIEW COMMENT - FIRE RESISTANCE
 OF THE WALL REQUIRED BY
 FBC1006.2.4 WAS NOT SHOWN.THERE IS A
 NOTE ON THE PLAN REGARDING OPENINGS.IT
 IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DESIGNER TO
 DETERMINE WHICH OPENINGS ARE TO BE
 PROTECTED.INDICATE ON THE ELEVATIONS,
 FLOOR PLAN OR A SCHEDULE. ALSO INCLUDE
 THE REAR BUILDING.SHOW RATED WALL
 REQUIREMENT ON THE FLOOR PLAN AS WELL AS
 A DETAIL SHOWING HOW IT COMPLIES.

 WALL.INCORPORATE THE DESIGN FOR FIRE
 RESISTANT WALLS INTO YOUR PLAN.YOUR
 WALL SECTION IS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS
 DETAIL.ALSO U301 HAS DRYWALL ON BOTH
 SIDES; APPEARS TO BE AN INTERIOR BEARING
 WALL, YOUR PLAN REQUIRES AN EXTERIOR
 APPLICATION WHICH MUST ALSO HAVE
 STRAPPING TO COMPLY WITH WIND
 REQUIREMENTS.PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 HOW DOES THE EXISTING WALL COMPLY WITH
 THIS REQUIREMENT?ACCORDING TO THE
 ENERGY CALCS, THIS IS A FRAME WALL.
 PROVIDE A DETAIL AND SHOW COMPLIANCE.
