 2. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE EXISTING
 METAL STAIRS ARE REMOVED. WHAT AFFECT
 WILL IT HAVE.
  
 3. ELECTRONIC SWITCHES, CHAIN AND
 LOCKS REQUIRED ON FIRE LINE BACKFLOW
 DEVICE.
  
 4. THE 20 FOOT WIDE FIRE CORRIDOR
 LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING IS EXPECTED TO SUPPORT WHAT

 11. TACTILE SIGNAGE IS REQUIRED AT ALL
 EXIT STAIRS.
  
 12. THE ROOM CONTAINING THE GENERATOR
 MUST BE AT LEAST TWO HOUR FIRE RATED
 IF THE ROOM IS TO CONTAIN DIESEL
 FUEL. OPENING PROTECTIVES WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE PRESCRIPTIVE
 STRENGTH
 REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL HANDRAILS AND
 GUARDRAILS.
  
 14. PLEASE INDICATE INTERIOR FINISH
 CLASSIFICATIONS FOR WALLS AND CEILINGS.
  
 15. THE BUILDING MAY BE LOCATED IN THE

 ARE REQUIRED.
  
 20. NO NON FIRE RATED MATERIALS SHALL
 BE USED AS TEMPORARY DUSTPROOF
 PARTITIONS FOR THE PHASE II
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 21. PLEASE PROVIDE PRESCRIPTIVE
 STRENGTH
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE GLASS RAILING.
  
 22. NO COMBUSTIBLES ALLOWED IN ANY
 RETURN AIR PLENUMS.
  
 23. PLEASE EXPLAIN MAIN INGRESS/EGRESS
 FACILITIES FOR THE BUILDING. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN HOW THE 50 % OF OCCUPANT
 LOAD EXIT DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS IS

 24. A TABLE AND CHAIRS ARE NOTED
 DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE ATRIUM STAIR.
  
 25. PLEASE INDICATE LOCATION OF THE
 FIREFIGHTERS SMOKE CONTROL PANEL FOR
 THE ATRIUM SYSTEM. HOW WILL THE
 ATRIUM SYSTEM BE TESTED.
  
 26. THE HVAC DESIGN REQUIRES BOX ON

 29. EXIT SIGN PLACEMENT SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 100 FEET.

 31. PANIC HARDWARE REQUIRED ON EXIT
 DOORS.
  
 32. ALL SMOKE DETECTORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET
 FROM ALL AIR CONDITIONER DIFFUSERS.
  
 33. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT THE VOICE
 EVACUATION MESSAGE OF THE FIRE ALARM
 SYSTEM WILL SAY.
  
 34. WHAT WILL THE SMOKE EXHAUST PANEL
 LOOK LIKE.
