 APPLICATIONS, FOR (2) SEPERATE PERMIT
 THIS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE REQUIRED
 INSPECTION SCHEDULING & TRACKING.
 1A) PLANS NEED TO AGREE WITH THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. EITHER THE APPLICATION
 SHOULD BE FOR ONE BUILDING, WITH A
 FULL NFPA 13 SPRINKLER SYSTEM NOT A 13R
 AS STATED IN THE FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS
 OR THERE NEEDS TO BE A 4 HR FIRE WALL
 SEPERATING THIS STRUCTURE INTO (2)
 STRUCTUCES, THE SECOND ISSUE WOULD BE
 TABLE 500, IF A FULL NFPA 13 SUPRESSION
 SYSTEM IS NOT USED YOU CAN NOT TAKE THE
  
 ALLOWABLE HEIGHT INCREASES ALLOWABLE IN
 TABLE 500 (FOOTNOTE "J"/SEE 903.2.
 UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED IT WILL BE
 DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE TABLE 500
 ISSUES.
  
 2) PROVIDE SQ. FT. AREAAS OF AREA FOR
 EACH FLOOR INCLUDE A/C SPACE AND NON-
 A/C SPACE.
  
 3)AT PARKING SPACES COMPLYING WITH
 11-4.1.2(5)(B), PROVIDE MINIMUM VERTICAL
 CLEARENCE OF 98" AT PARKING SPACES AND
 ALONG AT LEAST ONE VEHICLE ACCESS ROUTE
 TO SUCH SPACES FROM SITE ENTRANCES AND
 EXITS.
 PROVIDE THE MINIMUM CLEARENCE OF 114"
 AT ACCESSIBLE PASSENGER LOADING ZONES &
 AT LEAST 1 VEHICLE ACCESS ROUTE TO SUCH
 AREAS FROM SITE ENTRANCES & EXITS.
  
 3) NOTE, NOT DISCUSSED UNDER BLDG# 1,
 IS
 SITE AMENITIES, GAURD HOUSE, WALLS,
 WALKWAYS, ETC... REQUIRE A SEPERATE
 PERMIT. ASSUMED SEAWALL IS ALREADY
 BUILT, IF NOT A SEPERATE PERMIT IS ALSO
 REQUIRED, SEE CITY CODE FOR REQUIRED
 SEAWALL APPROVALS.
  
 4) COMMENTS FROM BLDG# 1 1-33 ALSO
 PERTAIN TO THIS REVIEW.
  
 5)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
