 SINGLE EXIT. THE 2ND EXIT CAN BE THE
 DOORWAY BETWEEN THE WAREHOUSE AND
 OFFICE, IT MEETS THE REUIREMENTS OF OVER

 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
