 STRUCTURAL NOTE 3 STATES THAT THE
 TOWNHOUSES ARE TO BE 4' MIN FROM THE
 WALL.THIS CONFLICTS WITH THE TOWNHOUSE
 DESIGN.

 WALL-05.THE WALL ENCROACHES PROPERTY
 LINE.ADDRESS.
  
 5.)THE CALCS SUBMITTED ADDRESS WALL
 SECTIONS C1&C2, C4, C6, AND T11.
 PROVIDE CALCS FOR ALL SECTIONS OF THE
 WALL AFFECTED.
  
 6.)SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR THE
 ROOF.THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT EXCEED THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL LIMITATION OF 33'.
  
 7.)THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS
 EXPIRED (OVER 90 DAYS WITHOUT COMMENCING
 WORK), FS713.13.
  
 8.)THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS REFER TO A
 NONEXISTENT BUILDING CODE, SEE BOTTOM
 RIGHT CORNER (FLORIDA STANDARD BUILDING
 CODE) AND MAY REFER TO THE INCORRECT
 WIND ZONE (130 RATHER THAN 140, SEE
 S2.3).REVISE AND SUBMIT REVISIONS FOR
 THE BUILDINGS ALREADY ISSUED.
  
 AFTER THE ABOVE ISSUES HAVE BEEN
 RESOLVED,THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH
 THE FOLLOWING PROVISOS:
