 TO VERIFY THE SAFE BEARING CAPACITY OF
 THE SOIL.

 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN OF THE
 STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED ON EACH SHEET OF
 THE DRAWINGS PER FBC 104.2.1.

 PLANS AS REQUIRED BY FBC 1606.1.7 (2).

 LOADS IN FBC 1606 AND COMBINED LOADS IN
 FBC 1609.

 CLARIFY.
  
 10) CLARIFY THE LOCATIONS OF THE HD5
 HOLDDOWN CONNECTORS. GIVE SPACING
 DIMENSIONS. NO HOLDOWNS ARE SPECIFIED
 AT THE SECOND FLOOR WEST WALL. INDICATE
 THE SECOND FLOOR SHEAR WALLS.
  
 11) FBC 1503.4.4 REQUIRES GUTTERS AND
 DOWN SPOUTS ON ROOFS WITH LESS THAN 6"
 OF OVERHANG WITH WATER DISCHARGED ONE
 FOOT FROM STRUCTURE. SIZE AND DISCHARGE
 OF ROOF GUTTERS, SCUPPERS, ETC. PER FBC
 PLUMBING. SPECIFY THIS FOR THE FLAT ROOF
